  • Do not get late for your session. Inform, in case of a change in your schedule.
  • Ensure that you have showered before going for the therapy. Try not to be sweaty. Likewise, drink a ton of water so you are completely hydrated before your session. Abstain from applying any lotions as they can decrease the impact of the back rub oils.
  • Before the therapy begins, you should converse with the therapist about your inclination in music, lighting, and room temperature to ensure that you are comfortable.
